Matching Inner and Outer
Q1) Meshing your inner world with the outer world requires you to find your center where the two meet. Write down any past experiences in which you have felt the calm, centering awareness that comes from your inner and outer worlds being in agreement.
I don’t know how to answer this one. I know there are times when I was in the “zone” but nothing significant enough for me to keep stored in my memory. This whole meditation is making me feel like I haven’t made a decision or a good decision ever.
Q3) Think of another time where you acted while you were feeling upset, anxious, or ill. Write about the difference in the outcome of those actions, compared to the time when you felt centered and calm.
Q4) Use this space to reflect further on your experience today.
I feel like this meditation didn’t help me at all. I guess I need to make more conscious decisions instead of just going with whatever.
